SoulZone Marketplace Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, browsing product listings, purchasing items, or operating as an independent seller on SoulZone (“the Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Customer Purchases & Payments

All prices displayed on product pages are subject to verification upon checkout. Taxes and shipping fees are calculated transparently prior to order authorization. Payments are processed securely and held in escrow until dispatch verification.

3. Seller Responsibilities

Merchants participating in the SoulZone marketplace represent and warrant that all offered items are authentic, brand-new (unless explicitly specified as refurbished), and in compliance with all relevant safety standards. Sellers must dispatch confirmed orders within 48 hours.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:

• Engage in review manipulation or fake feedback posting.
• Post counterfeit, illicit, or infringing intellectual property.
• Attempt unauthorized access to admin dashboards, API keys, or database clusters.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, SoulZone shall not be liable for incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from merchant fulfillment disputes beyond the purchase value of the disputed order.
